Make The Future – Life in Creation Hackathon
This hackathon focuses on every aspect of DIY - Maker culture 2.0, that has been developing with a very distinct bottom-up philosophy. There are numerous civic initiatives, educations, start-ups, collaborations, communities and others that show there certainly is an alternative for the throw-away socity, consumerism, and the desensitization from the natural and social environment. The coming and arrival of the Maker culture is important for the democratisation for technology and knowledge. New knowledge and connections will become available for the large public, such as mechanics, physics, electronics, software, databases, sensornetwerken, human factors and ergonimcs, media, design, connections..
The Life In Creation hackathon is aimed at finding new connections between the Maker culture and other innovative clusters such as Circular Life; Human Technology; Digital Life. By making solid connections with these other sectors, parallel universes of knowledge and culture, to infuse into fundamental disruptive innovations!
