Are you interested in joining Eindhoven Maker Faire? Below you can find everything necessary to participate.
INFORMATION FOR PARTICIPANTS
Participating in the Maker Faire means you get a free booth for both days of the event, Saturday September 10 and Sunday September 11, to showcase your creations to the visitors.
Registration has to be done through the application form. Please make sure you fill in the information correctly. You can find the application form here.
Joining is free, but we do ask a deposit of €50 to ensure you actually come. The deposit will be returned to you immediately after the event ends (in case of circumstances beyond our control, the issue will be handled appropriately).
Joining is not free when you wish to sell products. Vendor participants pay a fee of €150 for the booth, provisions, promotion and logistics. We hold the rights to refuse vendors who do not fit the Maker Faire concept.
