General terms and conditions participation Makers for Eindhoven Mini Maker Faire 2016
The following terms and conditions apply to the Eindhoven Mini Maker Faire (“EMMF”). EMMF is organized by Stichting Maker Days (“the organization”). Booths or assigned spaces are given to exhibitors (“Makers”).
- By registering for the EMMF, you accept the terms and condition of the organization. As such, you will comply to the house rules applied to EMMF.
- We ask you to make a deposit of € 50.- when you register. Your registration will become valid only after paying this €50 deposit.
- The organization will check if you fit the target group of EMMF. You will receive a confirmation after this has been disclosed. When you do not fit the target group, the deposit will be returned immediately.
- As a Maker you will be present at the event for two days (10 and 11 September 2016, from 10 AM to 6 PM). Leaving or cleaning up your booth before this time is not allowed. You risk not having your deposit returned to you if you do so.
- The booth/assigned space needs to be returned to its original state once the event is over. It is not allowed to leave objects behind.
Safety
- EMMF, or the people behind EMMF, cannot be held liable for any injuries or material damage caused by participants and/or visitors of the event. Participants are required to have their own insurance against liability or damage to belongings.
- The program is under reservation. The organization reserves the right to change the program.
Cancellation
- Cancelling your booth is possible under the following terms:
- Cancelling two weeks preceding EMMF, 100% of the deposit will be returned.
- Cancelling one week preceding EMMF, 50% of the deposit will be returned.
- Cancelling less than one week preceding EMMF, the deposit will not be returned.
- If unavoidable casualty prohibits participation we will be forthcoming.
